MDL Error Troubleshooting

This error can be either a common issue or a more serious one.

When loading a REBRAND MOD and you see (MDL) error spam in the console, it means something is wrong. At this point, we cannot determine whether it is a PC configuration issue or a MOD issue.

To figure it out, the best approach is to verify your Windows Security settings again.
If the error persists after doing this, it likely means the issue comes from the MOD or injector, and it must be fixed by the developer.

In most cases, the main cause of this issue is related to Exploit Protection settings.

To check this:

1. Open Windows Security
2. Go to App & Browser Control
3. Open Exploit Protection settings

What we need to focus on here are these three options:

1. Smart App Control must be set to DISABLED.
2. Reputation-based protection — all options inside must be turned OFF.
3. The most important one: Exploit Protection.

Click the blue text “Exploit Protection settings”, and you will see something like the following:

IMPORTANT: Please turn OFF everything in this section.
All options under “System settings” must be set to OFF.

After applying these changes, restart your PC and try again.
