SERVICE RULES
These Rules govern the behavior and obligations of all users (“User”, “you”) of FikitCheats (“Company”, “we”, “us”).
By accessing, purchasing, downloading, or using any part of the Service, you agree to comply with these Rules in full. Violation of any rule may result in immediate suspension, termination, or permanent ban, without notice or refund.
1. GENERAL CONDUCT
Users must:
Act responsibly and respectfully
Follow all instructions provided by the Company
Use the Service at their own risk
Ignorance of the Rules is not an excuse.
2. ACCOUNT RULES
One account per user unless explicitly authorized
You are responsible for all activity on your account
Account sharing is strictly prohibited
Selling, trading, gifting, or transferring accounts is forbidden
Any suspicious activity may result in immediate account termination.
3. LICENSE & ACCESS RULES
Licenses are personal, non-transferable, and revocable
Licenses may be bound to:
HWID
IP
Device
Account
Attempting to bypass or manipulate license systems will result in permanent ban.
4. HWID & DEVICE RULES
HWID resets are limited and controlled
Unauthorized HWID changes are not allowed
Use on virtual machines, emulators, or spoofed systems is prohibited unless explicitly stated
Abuse of HWID resets will result in license revocation.
5. SOFTWARE USAGE RULES
You may NOT:
Reverse engineer
Decompile
Disassemble
Modify
Inject into unauthorized environments
Debug or analyze the software
Any attempt to interfere with the software’s protection systems is strictly forbidden.
6. SHARING & REDISTRIBUTION
You may NOT:
Share files, loaders, or binaries
Leak software or keys
Redistribute content
Resell access or services
Stream, record, or publicly showcase the software without permission
Leaks result in permanent ban and legal action if applicable.
7. DETECTION, BANS & RISKS
Detection can occur at any time
Bans are a known risk
We are not responsible for bans, suspensions, or penalties
Complaints related to bans will NOT result in refunds.
8. SUPPORT RULES
Support is provided at our discretion
Abuse, harassment, or threats toward staff will not be tolerated
Spamming, tagging staff repeatedly, or false reports are prohibited
Support abuse = immediate account termination.
9. PAYMENT & REFUND RULES
All products are digital
All sales are final
No refunds under any circumstances
Chargebacks will result in permanent ban
Attempted payment fraud will be reported.
10. COMMUNICATION RULES
Users may NOT:
Spread false information
Defame the Company or staff
Share private conversations or logs
Encourage chargebacks or fraud
Violations may result in bans and legal action.
11. EXPLOITS & ABUSE
You may NOT:
Exploit bugs
Abuse systems
Bypass limits
Manipulate authentication servers
Use automation or bots
Exploits must be reported immediately.
12. THIRD-PARTY VIOLATIONS
Using the Service in violation of third-party terms (games, platforms) is your responsibility, not ours.
We do not intervene in disputes with third parties.
13. TERMINATION & ENFORCEMENT
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate accounts
Revoke licenses
Block IPs, HWIDs, devices
Deny future access
Enforcement actions are final and non-negotiable.
14. NO REFUNDS AFTER ENFORCEMENT
If action is taken due to rule violations:
No refunds
No compensation
No appeals unless explicitly allowed
15. CHANGES TO RULES
Rules may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the updated Rules.
16. FINAL AUTHORITY
The Company’s decision is final in all disputes related to:
Rules interpretation
Enforcement
Penalties
Access
